Review applications to join your org

Approve or reject the applications players send to your org from the Recruitment page, and let your officers review them too.

Updated 2026-10-26

When a player clicks Apply to Join on your community page, their application lands on your org's Recruitment page. Open it, read it, and click Approve to make them a member or Reject to turn them down.

The owner and Admins can review applications. To let other officers do it, see Advanced.

Review an application

Approving gives the player the Member role, which makes them a member right away. To give them another role, use Assign Roles on Manage › Members: see Roles and permissions.

What the applicant sees

The applicant is notified at every step: when their application arrives, when it moves (for example to an interview), and when it's approved or rejected. A rejection includes your reason. How they're notified, in the site, by browser push or by email, depends on their settings: see Manage your notifications. Their Apply to Join button on your community page also shows the status.

A player has one open application to an org at a time. After a rejection they can apply again 7 days later. A member who left can apply again any time.
