Org treasury: loans, grants and reports
Track your org's aUEC on SC Orgs: report donations, request and approve loans and grants, record repayments, and download treasury reports.
Updated 2026-10-26
The treasury tracks your org's aUEC: donations and payments coming in, loans, grants and withdrawals going out. Members report what they gave and ask for loans or grants; treasury managers approve them. Open it from Operations › Logistics › Treasury.
Three permissions control it:
- View Treasury: see the balance, the ledger, loans, reports and top donors.
- Report Donations: report donations and payments, request a loan or a grant, and repay your own loans. Members have it by default.
- Manage Treasury: approve or reject requests, and record transactions directly. Owner and Admin have it.
Amounts are whole aUEC. The SC Orgs treasury is a record: the aUEC itself moves in game.
Report a donation
- On Treasury, click Report Donation.
- Pick Donation or Payment, then enter the Amount (aUEC) and a Description.
- Click Submit for Approval. It counts in the balance once a treasury manager approves it.
Request a loan or a grant
- Click Request Loan or Grant.
- Pick Loan (paid back) or Grant (not paid back), and enter the Amount (aUEC) and a Reason.
- Click Send Request. Treasury managers get a notification, and you get one when it's decided.
Follow your requests on the My Requests tab.
Approve or reject
- Open the Pending tab.
- Click Approve, or Reject and give an optional reason the member will see.
A loan or grant can only be approved if the treasury has enough aUEC for it.
Repay a loan
- Open the Loans tab and find the loan.
- Click Repay, enter the Amount (aUEC) and click Submit for Approval.
Each loan shows what's repaid and what's still Owed. A repayment can't be more than what's owed, and once it reaches zero the loan shows Fully repaid.
Advanced
- Record transactions directly. Treasury managers click Record Transaction to record a withdrawal, a grant, a loan or a deposit that already happened. It's approved right away. A loan or a grant needs a Recipient, who gets a notification. A manager's repayment on the Loans tab is also recorded right away.
- Reports. The Reports tab shows the opening and closing balance, income, expenses, loans issued and repaid, month by month and by type, for the dates you pick. Click Download CSV for a spreadsheet.
- Use it from Discord. With your Discord server linked, members use /treasury donate, /treasury balance, /treasury top-donors, /treasury request-loan and /treasury request-grant, and managers use /treasury deposit. Requests are posted to your treasury channel with Approve and Deny buttons. The same permissions apply. See Connect your Discord server.
- Give treasury duty to officers. Create a Treasurer role with Manage Treasury: see Roles and permissions.
- Add a reference. The optional Reference field takes a trade ID or a screenshot link, so a manager can check the transfer before approving.
